Gimme, Gimme, Gimme...Space and Art to Create

Let's talk about art and creative spaces that help you to create for your relaunch. What's your favorite room in your home? How does art influence your space? What does it say about you? How does it help you to create?

I am pacer. Clutter had me in my head and became an enemy to me getting thoughts out my head and staunted my movement to pace and think. I can't create in closed quarters and spaces. I'm claustrophobic. I need space to cry, to walk around in my room to pray, to dance, to think out loud, to study, to BREATHE, meditate, lay on the floor, and just look at my ceiling, do cartwheels...whatever! I need space to JUST BE!

I also love, love, love art supplies. I keep larger and small sticky notes all around my space. I also love art tools like markers, pens, colored pencils, crayons and lots of journals. I can never have enough art supplies...like EVER! Color helps me color and create. Be open to ways that help you build; allow your creativity to change from season to season. And above all else, don't be afraid to COLOR and change your tools! A pen ma write but, a marker covers more surface level.

Lastly, besides a beautiful space, I need some good art that not only embellishes my space but, helps me to create! When I purchase art, my purpose isn't just to make space look good... it has to bring purpose. It has to represent me, edify me, remind me, help me evolve! It has to speak to me because I have days where I just stare in my building process. There are days where doing research becomes overwhelming and looking at research articles, reading books become monotnous and linear. Evidence based is part of what I provide but, it can zap imagination, even though it's neccessary. This is where good art work comes into placy! Doesn't have to be expensive but, it will help spark parts of the brain that need a spark!

My question to you is, what is your favorite space/place to create; what are some art tools you love to have on hand (or willing to try) and what type of art helps to elevate you! Post below what elements you need to create your perfect space.
